OPPORTUNITIES FOR
WOMEN IN PROFESSION
In fact men and women are the equal members of human
society. The importance of women are not lesser that of man. Thorny of the fate
is that we have not realized their importance. It is injustice to treat them
inferior. What is the place of women in our society? This is one of the modern
problems that we have cropped up as a result of our great changed in social
ladder. In every walk of life we have tiled to become modern and similar is the
case with our women.
It is and admitted fact that both the sexes have
their particular spheres of work. Women have been created with a special bodily
frame which men do not possess, and her duties too, by virtue of very
constituted, are considerably different from those of man, life om the modern
age has become very complicated. The women have to become a constructive member
of the family institution. She has to become an earning hand just to run the
institution. It is rather wrong to create equal posts in all governments for
the women as well. But some jobs can be reserved for them. Women make better
teachers than men teachers, as the former are always more sympathetic towards
the children who are studding under them. They prove to be more efficient than
men also in nursing the rich and the wounded. They can become very good doctors
to help treated the ailing women folk, the opportunities for women in
profession are thus great. We have now realized the importance of women and
many girls after the competition of their education are getting jobs. Islam
does not impose ban on women. It is living example for all that the head of our
state was women, because she possesses the talent to be so.
